Dave Vasquez
"Dave Vasquez has been on the board since the beginning of 2012. He held a position on the Three Rivers Ambulance Board, is on the Tulare County Emergency Medical Care Committee, was a volunteer firefighter and an EMT II in Three Rivers, is the president of the Tulare County Professional Firefighters Association, and presently works as a Fire Lieutenant for Tulare County. He hopes his experience in various fields will be useful to the board and the community.”
Mike Cannarozzi
Mike has served on the CSD Board since 2001.
"Stringent State and Federal regulations have become a burden to our over thirty private water companies. The TRCSD is available to provide technical assistance and coordinate testing activities to help insure safe drinking water."
VP - Rex Black
Rex joined the board in 2006.
"Rex has lived in Three Rivers since 1995. He began service on the CSD Board in 2006. He is a retired construction engineer and feels that his work experience can be helpful in some of the activities of the CSD".
President - Jacki Fletcher
"It is extremely important for citizens to be involved with their community. Serving on the Board for Three Rivers CSD is one way this can be accomplished. I believe volunteerism is an excellent way, during hard times and good times that we, as citizens, can help our community. I am a retired Social Worker/Job Developer. Before working in the social worker field I was a bookkeeper for an irrigation supply house and before that a jack of all trades and a student. I am married to a wonderful man and between us we have five children with families of their own."
Robert Groeber
Board since December 2011
"He has lived in Three Rivers since 1989, and his wife's family has been here since the 1920's. His two grown children are third generation Eagles and WHS Tigers. Robert has been a frequent coach and participant in Three Rivers Recreation Programs for both youth and adults. He also previously served the community on the Three Rivers Municipal Advisory Committee and on the Three Rivers Community Plan Rewrite Committee. Robert is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services for Visalia Unified School District. He believes in community participation and hopes that more community members will become involved in the CSD."
