David Mills, President
Board member since 2008.
"I have been a 3 rivers resident since ’73. Currently sales manager at a major fresh fruit packing equipment supplier.”
Mike Cannarozzi, Vice President
Mike has served on the CSD Board since 2001.
"Stringent State and Federal regulations have become a burden to our over thirty private water companies. The TRCSD is available to provide technical assistance and coordinate testing activities to help insure safe drinking water."
Rex Black
Rex joined the board in 2006.
Rex has lived in Three Rivers since 1995. He recently retired from a construction company where he bid and managed civil engineering projects. Rex decided to run for the CSD Board because he wants to be helpful to the area and feels that the CSD activities involve things where his experience may be useful.
Vince Andrus
Vince was first elected to the CSD board in 1999
and re-elected in 2003."I decided to run for the CSD board because I wanted to be involved in some kind of community service. My background as a general building contractor gives me knowledge regarding the special needs of water and septic requirements in our district."
"Since the CSD charter allows for more direct community involvement in other service areas, I believe in the CSD’s ability to expand in other directions to be an important feature of my tenure."
Dennis Mills
Dennis was elected to the board in 2003.
"I ran for the CSD to help improve the communication between the different citizen groups throughout Three Rivers. I would like the CSD to act as the sounding board for all official action within the community. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. Thank you."
Julie Doctor, General Manager
Hired as General Manager in March of 2010
Julie has been a resident of Three Rivers since childhood.
Julie was employed for 19 years by Sequoia National Park and for 13 years by Sunkist and Fruit Growers Supply.
